Like most companies, Champlain Valley Plumbing & Heating is closely monitoring developments and tracking information regarding the COVID-19 Coronavirus. We are taking proactive measures to support the health and welfare of our customers, employees, and the communities we serve. CVPH will continue to follow the guidelines set forth by the Centers for Disease Control, Vermont Department of Health, and other government authorities.

Our main focus is on our community, prevention, and safety. Our committed employees are taking every precaution, including: washing hands; social distancing to limit interactions; wiping down devices after each customer visit; and staying home if we are sick or in contact with someone exposed to the virus.

Our delivery drivers will continue to deliver fuel oil to our customers as needed. They typically have little to no contact with our customers and will practice “social distancing” at all times. We are also still able to provide essential service calls to service your plumbing and heating systems.

Thank you for your attention and consideration — it is our sincere hope that our actions and communications regarding COVID-19 allow our employees and customers to feel fully supported and confident throughout this situation. Lastly, thank you for being our valued customer.

Sincerely,

Bill Heffernan, Jim Whitcomb, and David Whitcomb
